What's the difference between custom and off-the-shelf ERP?
Off-the-shelf ERP, such as Zoho, Odoo or SAP Business One, is a product built for thousands of businesses at once. You get modules and settings, and your processes are adjusted to fit them.
A custom ERP is built for one business. Its screens, stages and reports come from how that business already works, so the software adjusts instead.
